Innovative top-of-the-line components include: REC Titanium Cerecoil stripper guides with zirconia inserts, REC Titanium recoil guides, AAAA flor grade cork, a skeletonized aluminum reel seat, double uplocking rings with nylon bushings, and burled blackwood inserts. Includes a plush rod sock and aluminum tube.

Douglas Outdoors fly rods have legal guarantee. In addition, Douglas’ service offers spare parts for broken rods. Douglas’ services are only applicable for the first owner of the rod. Spare parts are mainly available for rod models that are in production, and in some cases for discontinued models as well. Spare part is free of charge, customer is only responsible for paying the shipping fee. Usually shipping fee is around 20-40 euros depending on to which country the spare part will be shipped.
